Studio Etiquette
A few thoughtful guidelines to help everyone get the most from their practice.
Arrive gently
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class begins. This gives you time to settle, set up your reformer, and take a breath before the session starts. Late arrivals may be asked to observe rather than join the class if the warm-up has passed.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Grippy socks are recommended but not required — we have pairs available to purchase at the studio. Everything else is provided: reformers, mats, props, and towels.
Phones & devices
Please silence your phone before entering the studio space. This hour is yours — let everything else wait.
Stay for a while
After class, feel free to stay in the wellness area. Our matcha bar is open, and the space is yours to enjoy — whether that's a quiet moment, a slow stretch, or a conversation with a fellow student.
Respect the space
Please wipe down your reformer and equipment after use. Return props to their place. Leave the studio as calm as you found it — for the next person, and for the space itself.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before class. This gives someone on the waitlist time to take your place. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
Community
The Reformery is a space for everyone. We welcome students of all backgrounds, bodies, and abilities. Move at your own pace, and let your practice be yours alone.
