Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Booking & payment
Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system or by contacting the studio directly. Payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Class passes and packages are valid from the date of purchase and expire in accordance with the terms of the specific pass.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. Class passes will have the session deducted. We appreciate early notice wherever possible so we can offer your space to another student.
Health & safety
It is your responsibility to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before attending class. Your instructor may adapt movements to suit your needs or advise against certain exercises. Pilates is a low-impact practice, but as with any physical activity, there is an inherent risk of injury. By attending classes, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Studio conduct
Please arrive 10 minutes before your class to settle in. Mobile phones should be silenced in the studio. We ask that all students respect the calm, quiet environment of the studio — for yourself and for others.
Membership & passes
All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Introductory offers are available to first-time clients only. The studio reserves the right to amend pricing and class schedules with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
The Reformery Warley shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during a class, on the premises, or as a result of following any instruction given, except where caused by our negligence.
